Carondelet Consortium

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet St. Paul Province and Presbyterian Homes and Services have formed a 50-50 non-profit corporation called Carondelet Village, Inc. to build a new community including market rate and subsidized Senior Housing, Assisted Living, a CareCenter, educational facilities, and a service center designed specifically for meeting community needs attheir 1884 Randolph Avenue campus. The purpose of this campus is to serve older adult members of the CSJ community and utilize the gifts of their community to serve older adults in the local neighborhoods, in collaboration with the neighbors and other providers. For example, the Carondelet Village staff will collaborate with local Living at Home/Block Nurse Programs like Highland, Macalester-Groveland and Summit Hill and major Health Systems like HealthPartners, Fairview, and HealthEast in order to better serve the older adults that live in the community, in their own homes or apartments that are not part of the physical campus of Carondelet Village.
